Pro Badge is probably the most well-known division of the Badge Group in Europe. The sports section is responsible for the distribution of official licensed merchandising all over Europe. Pro Badge very successfully introduced in the eighties, the merchandising of leagues as NFL, MLB, and NHL followed by NFL Europe starting in 1991. Due to this success, Pro Badge was asked to develop merchandising programs for football clubs as Ajax, Feyenoord, Manchester United, Arsenal, FC Utrecht, Bayern Munich, Anderlecht, and FC Barcelona. The first sport license was for the Los Angeles Olympics in 1984, up to the UEFA Cup final in 2002. Pro Badge "covered" licenses of almost all World Cups (since 1986) and European Championships Football (since 1988) and was the major licensee for EURO 2000, which took place in the Netherlands and Belgium, besides Olympics and football (soccer).

Pro Badge is unique as it is specialized in "Merchandising", covering a large selection of products: Not only apparels, but also categories as gift and novelties, headwear, outerwear, fanware, drinking utensils, and accessories. A selection you hardly see at one and the same company. Pro Badge does not only distribute their own licensed products but sometimes also handles the merchandising of other licensees.

The Entertainment section of the merchandising is responsible for film, music, TV, character, and branded merchandising, covering merchandising programs for almost all major films (from John Travolta up to Lord of the Rings), TV programs (from Thunderbirds to Big Brother), music (Rolling Stones to Spice Girls), character merchandising as from Disney to the Simpsons and royalty from Charles and Diana to Willem-Alexander and Máxima.

Pro Badge was selected to develop and distribute the official merchandising for the Royal Dutch Wedding on February 2 2002 when His Royal Highness Prince Willem-Alexander of Orange married Miss Máxima Zorreguieta, now Princess Máxima Zorreguieta of Orange.

The onsite sales section of Pro Badge is responsible for the sales in the stadiums during the events. They are equipped with the right facilities, tools, and more importantly, the right people, with the attitude and spirit! They cover events like Sport (NFL, MLB, UEFA, Track and Field, World League, Champions League), Music, (from Rolling Stones to K-otic concerts) and even The Royal Wedding with 50,000 guests in the Amsterdam ArenA.
