to the exciting world of what we call "Badge"! This website will give you an inside look at the past, present, and future of the various Badge companies and the philosophy and visions, which made the company, after more than 25 years, what it is today. Badge was founded in 1977 for the introduction of button badges in Europe using images of great people such as John Travolta, Olivia Newton John, and of course, Elvis The King! It was E.T. (actually the lawyers of E.T.) who introduced the idea (and contracts!!) of licensed merchandising after which Badge would become the pioneer of officially licensed merchandising in Europe. Now more than 25 years later, and after introducing hundreds of pan-European and local properties, Badge is still the first and oldest company in Europe offering officially licensed merchandising.

Starting in 1977 with "Mister Badge", later renamed to Badge Promotions BV, followed by The Badge Company BV, Pro Badge, Badge Direct, and Badge Concepts, we created a group of specialized companies offering our customers a perfect mix of Promotional Products and Licensed Merchandising, B2B, B2R and B2C.
